  • Equipment Operator

    Nolan Construction – Richmond, KY


    Nolan Construction is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to support excavation, concrete preparation, and site work operations across Central Kentucky.


    Responsibilities:

    • Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, and rollers
    • Perform grading, trenching, and site preparation
    • Assist with concrete-related and site development work
    • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience operating heavy equipment
    • Ability to read grade and work independently
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

    This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Overtime opportunities available. Potential for long-term growth within the company.

  • CDL Class A Driver / Mechanic

    This position is responsible for operating dump trucks, hauling materials, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on the dump truck.


    Requirements:

    • Valid CDL Class A license
    • Minimum 5 years experience driving a dump truck
    • Experience maintaining and servicing your own dump truck
    • Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
    • Strong work ethic and reliability

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience loading, hauling, and moving heavy equipment
    • Familiarity with construction sites and hauling materials
